Hänel's intelligent UL2 load imbalance indicator not only warns of an unbalanced load in the carousel; it also gives recommendations for storage and retrieval procedures indicating which carrier should be accessed to avoid uneven loads.
Height-measurement sensors
Optimum storage with precise height measurement of the storage items. Precise height measurement ensures that containers can be stored in the optimum packing density. Height-measuring light barriers are spaced at 37.5 mm, 75 mm, 90 mm or 125 mm. When the container is drawn in, the high-precision light barriers measure the articles, and the MP 12D control unit looks for the optimum slot in the two storage towers of the Lean-Lift on the basis of the height data.
Digital compartment display
Digital LED-based compartment indicators help the operator to identify the correct storage compartment. For even more flexibility, now with two-character compartment depth indication.
Weighing device
Precise weight information with the Hänel weighing device. An electronic 4-point weighing device enables each tray to be weighed in the access point. The current weight can be seen on the keyboard display.
