The Hänel Lean Lift -
Computer Controlled Automated Storage
An economically efficient solution that is convincing to all
The Hänel Lean-Lift is a fully automated vertical lift storage system that maximises storage density on a minimal footprint and fully utilises the available ceiling height of a building. This means that ever expensive warehouse floor space is used to its full potential.
Moreover, stored items are brought to the user at an ergonomically positioned access point in seconds and at the touch of a button saving countless man hours.
Furthermore, high-performance control units and computer links enable the Lean-Lift to provide greater stock accuracy and live stock level tracking. The computer controlled system also offers access code management functionality thus protecting all stored items from unauthorised access.
The Hänel Lean-Lift can also be configured to store pallets - click here for more information.

The Hänel Lean-Lift principle. 'Vertical lift technology' - simple yet effective
At the centre of the Hänel Lean-Lift is a computerised positioning elevator called the "extractor". In front and behind it are the storage shelves; this is where the articles are stored in containers. The storage locations are accessed under electronic control by the extractor; it stores or retrieves the container requested.
