We are the only Hänel approved technicians in the UK and Ireland, and our familiarity and experience with our Automated Storage Solutions ensures your system continues to run safely, and at optimum efficiency.

Industore recommends you take out an Aftercare plan (sometimes referred to as a Service Contract) to ensure your machines are operating safely and efficiently, and that you’re fulfilling your legal requirements under EN 15095 – the European safety standard for storage carousels, lifts and mobile shelving, which includes automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).

A Service Contract with Industore means your ASRS, whether (for example) a Lean-Lift (vertical lift module) or Rotomat (vertical carousel) is in the best possible position for error-free use. Having a Service Contract means:

ASRS Aftercare Plans Available:

The COMPLETE Aftercare plan offers extended warranty on your new ASRS Hänel machine, providing you with our most comprehensive level of care. You receive priority call-out service of the COMFORT+ plan, with the addition of all-inclusive parts and labour for your Hänel system.

You will also benefit from our express spare parts supply chain, should your system go down and need a new part from our German supplier.

This plan is only available for Hänel machines less than 3-years-old and is subject to machine condition.

Are you compliant?

With respect to the PUWER regulations, EN15095 standard is the relevant safety standard for vertical storage lifts (ASRS, VLM etc.). The standard recommends that your equipment is maintained and safety checked every year by a manufacturer trained, competent person. Industore is the only manufacturer trained, competent entity in the UK & Ireland, therefore it is only those machines which pass our annual service and safety inspections that meet the requirements of the PUWER regulations: “maintained in a safe condition and inspected to ensure it is correctly installed and does not subsequently deteriorate”.
