Service Plans

With our service plans, caring for your machine is easy. Including a variety of benefits and discounts, our plans have been designed to offer you peace of mind when it comes to the safety and technical condition of your Hänel system.

We will ensure you maintain compliance with PUWER safety regulations by performing an annual service, in line with the safety requirements outlined in EN15095, the European safety standard for automated storage systems. Our comprehensive service will cover machine safety, include preventative maintenance checks and provide engineer recommendations.

The COMFORT aftercare plan ensures you maintain compliance with regulatory British and EU legislation and have a first class response by the Industore engineering team in the event of a call out.

The cover will include refresher operator training if required, allowing you to maximise the use of your Hänel system. You will also be covered by our team of engineers for breakdown support with rapid response when you most need it.

The COMPLETE  aftercare plan offers extended warranty on your new Hänel machine; providing you with our most comprehensive level of care. You will receive the priority call out service of the COMFORT + plan with the addition of all-inclusive parts and labour for your Hänel system.

You will also benefit from our express spare parts supply chain should your system go down and need a new part from our German supplier.
